Simply turn up on Monday morning at 6am in Singapore. The session will be on no matter what (rain is no excuse, getting wet can be fun). Exact location each week will be released on Nat's socials so be sure to follow her to stay up to date @rockstararms
At the moment the meeting and end point will be RED DOT MUSEUM NEAR MBS (google maps it if you aren't sure, don't message me to ask)
It could be your first time running, or your 1,000th time - everyone is welcome, it is inclusive to all!
It will be an interval session that changes weekly, which means everyone can go at their own pace, and run their own distance. Heck, you can even walk if you like! Start time is 6am and it will go for 60 minutes.
This is not a race, the only competition is yourself.
Absolutely not! But if you would like to make a donation of any amount all the money will go to underprivileged Filipino children to empower them through movement, and to believe in their dreams. You can donate here - every cent counts.
If you are only after a free t-shirt or other free items then this is not the run club for you. Cool merch will be available with all proceeds going to charity, and from time to time other partners will be supporting our training.
In addition, we will be launching a "Project 1000 Team" for regular attendees, so stay tuned on how to be part of it.
Of course! That is a stupid rule, anyone is welcome.
While there may be a central place to leave your bag, we take zero responsibility for it, so travel light. Please bring your own hydration and anything else you may need, including a great attitude.
Side Note - Jaems has kindly offered to store bags in his van on the weeks he is there during the run
This is about "adult management", only you and your trusted medical professional can determine if you are ok to participate. We do not offer medical advice, and when attending you take full responsibility for your own health and safety.
BELIEVE is at the core of Project 1000. This is about showing up for yourself on a Monday morning to do some good, work towards your goals and most importantly have fun.
We aren't going to the Olympics or saving lives, we are there to be the best possible versions of ourselves.
Please note - we will be taking photographs and videos to be used on social media, so remember to smile.
Yes! The only thing we ask is that the company donates to our charity in return.
If you are here on holidays please join us!
